1900, Chefoo and German Offices in China mixed franking on piece. Tsingtao China CDS AND Kaiotschou CDS, dated Jan. 7, 1900 (mailed after official validity of Chefoo postage but has a nice cancel).
 
Nice postal history item.  Would be really great if it were on cover (!).Good condition.
